This residence in Sundarapuram was designed and constructed for Dr. Karthikeyan Sir and Dr. Vanitha Mam with a simple vision — to create a home that feels open, elegant, peaceful, and deeply connected to everyday family life.

The entire concept was inspired by one important question raised during the initial discussions:

"Can we make the house feel more open without losing privacy and comfort?"

That single thought shaped the entire design approach.

Instead of depending on walls to define spaces, the house uses levels, natural light, textures, courtyards, and architectural elements to create visual separation while maintaining openness. Every space flows naturally into the next, creating a seamless living experience.

From the welcoming Step Garden Entrance to the magnificent Double Height Main Hall, every element was carefully planned to create a balance between functionality, beauty, and emotional comfort.
