When I started this project, even I didn’t expect that we could achieve this level of space, detailing and finish within this budget.

The result is a very decent, high-quality home without unnecessary luxury or unnecessary cost.

We usually call 30' × 40', 30' × 45' or 30' × 50' a regular residential plot size. In plots like these, many people end up choosing a ready-built sale house.

But the real difference comes when the same regular-sized plot is given to the right designer and constructor.

At first glance, this elevation may look simple and something that can fit into almost any regular residential street.

But that simplicity is exactly where its perfection lies.

No unnecessary shapes.

No forced elevation elements.

No wasted space.

The house starts with a spacious portico and continues with almost everything we normally expect from a premium residence:

16-ft sofa / living zone

Comfortable sit-out

Walk-in wardrobe

Separate dry & wet areas

Well-planned kitchen

Functional restrooms

Bay window

Balcony space

And proper circulation throughout the house.

Everything has been brought together into one compact, practical and budget-friendly residence.

For me, this project proves one thing:

A premium home is not decided by how big the plot is or how much money is spent.

It is decided by how intelligently every square foot is planned and executed.

A regular plot.

A controlled budget.

But a complete home without compromising the experience.

Simple in appearance.

Complete in planning.

Perfect in its true form.
