When Mr. Anandbabu Sir and Mrs. Uma Rani Madam chose Dwara Infras for their Architectural Planning, it was not merely about designing a house; it was about creating a meaningful living experience for their family.

This project was never intended to be an extravagant design statement. Instead, it was carefully developed around Anand Sir's vision, requirements, and way of living. Every element was planned to create a perfect balance between Traditional Values, Deep Vastu Principles, and Modern Living Requirements.

One of the most distinctive features of this home is its roof design. The Mangalore Roofing Feature, Grand Car Parking, and Floating Entrance Concept together create a welcoming first impression while preserving the traditional charm of the house.

The exterior design incorporates Stone Texture Finishes, Jaali Elements, and Soft Natural Lighting to create a warm and elegant architectural character that feels both timeless and contemporary.

The greatest strength of this home lies in its Ventilation Planning. Cross Ventilation, Natural Lighting, and Vertical Feature Windows ensure that every space remains bright, airy, and comfortable throughout the day.

The Village-Side Project also features a thoughtfully designed Open Kitchen Concept. To maintain a clean visual appearance, the Utility Area and Vessel Drying Space have been carefully concealed through a Hidden Utility Concept. An Elegant Island Counter, Spacious Living Hall, Walk-in Wardrobe, and Bay Window further enhance the overall living experience.

Budget considerations played an important role throughout the planning process. Rather than increasing costs unnecessarily, the design focuses on delivering maximum functionality, comfort, and architectural value within a practical budget.
