Sreeja Mam & Saju Sir – Global Garden Residence

Good architecture is not measured by square feet. It is measured by the comfort, memories, and lifestyle it creates for the people who live within it.

For Sreeja Mam and Saju Sir, who are currently based in Singapore, this project has been a very special journey for Dwara Infras. We had the privilege of designing and constructing two modern villas for their family at Global Garden.

Every family has a different story, different requirements, and a different way of living. That is why each home we create is planned exclusively around the people who will live in it.

These villas were designed with a balance of modern aesthetics, practical planning, natural light, ventilation, elegant proportions, and long-lasting materials. Every space was thoughtfully designed to feel comfortable, functional, and timeless.

What makes this project truly special is the trust Sreeja Mam and Saju Sir placed in Dwara Infras. Creating one dream home is a proud moment. Being trusted to create a second home for the same family is a responsibility we deeply value.
