Shanthi Mam's Dream Project

Located in the heart of Lajapathirai Street, Gandhipuram – one of the busiest commercial zones in Coimbatore – this project was never just about constructing a building. It was about delivering a vision in one of the most challenging construction environments imaginable.

On a compact 3.4 cent site, every inch had to be planned with precision. Here, success depended not only on engineering and construction, but also on innovative ideas, smart execution techniques, and flawless coordination.

After successfully completing two lodge projects for the client, including a major renovation, Dwara Infras was entrusted with this new G+5 lodge development. The project is designed to accommodate a total of 18 lodge rooms, with the first two floors already housing 12 well-planned rooms.

What makes this project even more special is the person behind it – Shanthi Mam, a true Iron Lady. Her dedication, commitment, and work ethic inspired the entire team. Many nights during construction, while the city rested, our work continued under the lights. Even in the cold late-night hours, Shanthi Mam would be present on-site, personally monitoring the progress and encouraging the team.

Despite the challenges of a highly congested location, Dwara Infras completed this project within just 8 months, proving once again that with proper planning, determination, and teamwork, even the toughest projects can be delivered successfully.

This is more than a lodge building.

It is a story of trust, hard work, perseverance, and the passion to create something exceptional in the middle of one of Coimbatore's busiest neighborhoods.
