Project Overview

Rithanya Residence

WIND. NATURE. US. OUR HOME.

Some homes are not measured in square feet... they are measured by the emotions they create.

From the very first sketch of this home, I kept remembering the simple, peaceful houses I admired in childhood cartoons. Homes that felt warm, calm, and deeply connected to nature.

That nostalgic memory became the inspiration behind this Modern Contemporary Concept House.

The elevation was intentionally designed with a single-slope roof, keeping the architecture clean, timeless, and free from unnecessary design elements. Every line, every proportion, and every detail was carefully composed to create a sense of peace.

At the client's request, we introduced a subtle hip roof touch, while preserving the original simplicity and character of the concept.

The balcony is not just another architectural element.

It is a destination.

A place to watch the mountains.

A place to feel the breeze.

A place to welcome the rain.

A place to witness every sunrise and every golden sunset.

Every side of this balcony opens to a different natural view, turning every moment into an experience.

A balcony is never about its size...

It's about what it allows you to experience.

This home wasn't designed for the noise of the city.

It was designed for the sound of the wind...

The fragrance of the rain...

Morning coffee with mountain views...

And a family living in harmony with nature.

"Wind. Nature. Us. Our Home."

That is the concept of this residence.

That is the soul of this home.
