இந்த project எங்களிடம் வந்த விதமே கொஞ்சம் special.

முதலில் Sir & Mam ஒரு family builder-ஐ வைத்து வீடு கட்டலாம் என்று முடிவு செய்திருந்தார்கள். ஆனால் ஒருநாள் road-ல் செல்லும்போது, நாங்கள் design & construct செய்த ஒரு வீட்டைப் பார்த்திருக்கிறார்கள். அந்த வீட்டின் architecture அவர்களுக்கு மிகவும் பிடித்துப் போக, அதிலிருந்துதான் நம்முடைய journey ஆரம்பித்தது.

Just 3 Cents. But Designed to Feel Truly Luxurious.

3 cent plot என்ற limitation-ஐ வைத்து இந்த வீட்டின் luxury-ஐ compromise செய்யவில்லை. Elevation-ல் ஆரம்பிக்கும் premium feel, வீட்டின் ஒவ்வொரு space-லும் தொடர்ந்து கிடைக்கும் வகையில் design செய்திருக்கிறோம்.

High-roof hall இந்த வீட்டின் முக்கிய highlight. Interior decoration மட்டும் நம்பாமல், civil structure-லேயே beauty & luxury feel உருவாக்க வேண்டும் என்பதுதான் எங்களுடைய design approach.

Natural light, vertical openings, proportions, material combinations, volume மற்றும் space planning — ஒவ்வொன்றுக்கும் ஒரு காரணம் இருக்கிறது.
