VADAVALLI – SMART LIVING APARTMENT

A 6-unit Smart Living Apartment thoughtfully planned on a compact 4-cent property in Vadavalli, Coimbatore.

Designed to demonstrate how intelligent architecture can transform a limited site into a comfortable, functional and premium residential environment.

The project consists of 6 carefully planned residential units, where every square foot is optimized for better usability, natural light, ventilation, privacy and comfortable movement.

Despite being developed on just 4 cents, the planning focuses on creating the right balance between living spaces, circulation, parking and essential services without making the property feel congested.

The architectural elevation follows a clean, contemporary and timeless design language, giving the apartment a strong premium identity while remaining practical and easy to maintain.

This project represents our idea of Smart Living — not simply fitting more units into a smaller property, but using architecture to make limited space perform better.
