A HOME DESIGNED TO SPEAK THROUGH ITS ARCHITECTURE.

Minimalism was the core vision for this residence. Instead of filling the elevation with multiple decorative elements, we introduced just one defining feature — a vertical stone-clad element.

The rest of the beauty comes purely from clean lines, balanced proportions, depth, shadow play, and the architectural form itself. The floating balcony frame and carefully composed massing allow the structure to become the design.

MORE THAN A TV UNIT.

A TV unit should do more than simply hold a television.

For this residence, it was designed as a multi-functional architectural feature that accommodates a customized pooja space, decorative display areas, storage provisions, entrance focal points, future photo display opportunities, and entertainment requirements within a single composition.

The objective was to create a raw, elegant, and timeless design where every element serves a purpose while maintaining a clean visual appearance.

CIVIL STRUCTURE MEETS ELEGANT DESIGN.

The dining space was designed as a seamless extension of the living and kitchen areas. A calming green palette, warm wooden textures, metallic detailing, and balanced proportions create a refined yet comfortable atmosphere.

The open kitchen follows the same philosophy. Open design is not about exposing the kitchen; it is about integrating it beautifully into the living experience. Good architecture is not created by adding expensive elements but by understanding how a family lives and translating that lifestyle into thoughtful design.

From the elevation to the interiors, every space in this residence follows one principle:

It is about making every element belong exactly where it should be.
